Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 August 2026

This page explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. We keep it plain and short on purpose.

Who we are

Fletch Digital Agency ("we", "us") is a digital agency based in Nottingham, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal information described on this page. You can reach us at fletchdigital.business@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not buy or sell personal data.

Why we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver work you have commissioned, and keep records of the work we have carried out. Our lawful bases under the UK GDPR are legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry you initiated), performance of a contract (delivering work you have agreed to), and legal obligation (keeping financial records).

Who else is involved

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website. They process data on our behalf:

Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by the safeguards those providers have in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Records relating to completed projects, including invoices, are kept for six years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If you submit a form while offline, your browser stores that submission locally on your own device so it can be sent when you reconnect; that information stays on your device and is cleared once sent. Calendly may set its own cookies when the booking calendar loads — see Calendly's own privacy notice for details.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email fletchdigital.business@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the date shown above.
